Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, tags attached in the original location.  Items must be returned via UPS or FedEx only.  Items returned later than 14 days, not in the original condition or by method of delivery, may not be eligible for a refund.  Please contact us at info@finnandwillow.com for return approval and details on how to complete your return.
